Details:
Sky Zone Trampoline Park is the world's first indoor trampoline park. The franchise got its start in Las Vegas, but has jump parks all over the country now.
Best Ages for Sky Zone
We often recommend trampoline amusement parks for tweens and teens, but the parks also offer special toddler times and adults can get a good workout while playing with their kids. A family membership could be worthwhile on either side of the spectrum - giving teens and tweens a place to blow off steam or if you plan to take advantage of toddler times regularly.

Toddler Time at Sky Zone Trampoline Park
For caregivers with children ages 5 and under we recommend SkyZone's special Toddler Time. Most Tues/Fri/Sun mornings from 9:30 – 11:00am, admission is $6 per child to jump (plus $2 per pair of required SkySocks). 2 adult PAD PASSES are included per paid child; adults are only allowed to assist children on the pad, no jumping permitted.
Reserve your jump time at Sky Zone online in advance to guarantee admission. School breaks and weekends can be very busy times. A signed waiver is required before a person of any age is permitted to use the equipment.
Are Trampoline Parks Safe?
All active play comes with a certain amount of risk. Gianna has actual experience with the safety concerns of Trampoline Parks. Read about her experience with a child breaking a leg and her decision to continue visiting these venues with her kids: Trampoline Park Broken Leg; It Happened To Us.

More Ideas for Indoor Active Family Fun:
Extreme temperatures are a part of living in the Twin Cities. While we love to get outside, sometimes it is just too hot or too cold, but there are still plenty of indoor options for getting our kids active.
